Lord Aeck Sargent
Karina Vigario Coelho is an experienced urban designer currently working at Lord Aeck Sargent since January 2023. Karina co-hosts the Urb On The Go Podcast, which explores urbanism through various perspectives. Previous experience includes serving as an Urban Environments Intern at LS3P Associates Ltd., where collaboration on masterplans and community engagement took place, and working as a GT6000 Instructor at Georgia Institute of Technology, mentoring graduate students. Internships at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill focused on masterplan development in Vietnam, while the role of Graduate Assistant at Georgia Tech involved supporting a course in professional practice. Early experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant and Architectural Assistant at various firms, contributing to architectural compliance, project execution, and urban design initiatives. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Urban Design from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor in Architecture and Urbanism from FURB.
