Jillian Pomes (Hemming) is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in occupational therapy and stress management coaching. Currently serving as a Stress Management Coach for Women at The Calm Solution LLC since April 2022, Jillian specializes in helping overwhelmed women manage stress effectively. Jillian also works as an Occupational Therapist at Lord Chamberlain Nursing Facility, providing short-term rehabilitation services since October 2016. Previous roles include occupational therapy positions at The Visiting Nurse Association of South Central Connecticut and a range of internships that involved working with both adults and children with various conditions.
