Shannon Rose

Shannon Rose has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1992, Shannon worked as a Process Engineer at Elk Corporation before moving to GAF as a Maintenance Manager in 1994. Shannon then transitioned to James Hardie Building Products, working as a Maintenance Manager from 1997 to 1998 and as a Production Manager in Finishing from 1998 to 1999. In 1999, Shannon joined Target as a Facilities Operations Supervisor. Shannon later joined ISAT Seismic Bracing in 2001 and held various roles, including Sales Support Engineer, Regional Engineering Manager, and ultimately Director of Engineering until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Shannon worked at ISAT Total Support as a Senior Executive Account Manager. In 2021, Shannon joined MASON WEST, INC. as the Director of Operations for Northern California, and later became the Vice President of the Gripple Products Division until early 2023. Currently, Shannon is working as the Director of Engineered Products at Lord & Sons, Inc.

Shannon Rose earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, completing their studies from 1987 to 1992.
