Michael Bautista

Michael Bautista is a Senior Scientist in Product Development at LORD Corporation, focusing on thermal interface materials. Previously, Michael served as an Outreach Coordinator and Assistant Safety Officer for the Pittsburgh chapter of NOBCChE while completing a PhD in Chemistry at Carnegie Mellon University from 2017 to 2022. Additional experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Lab Teaching Assistant and Researcher at The University of Alabama, where Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Mathematics from 2013 to 2017. Michael also gained practical experience as a Raw Materials Intern at West-Ward Pharmaceuticals.
