Marylebone Cricket Club (the Club) is the world’s most active cricket club, custodian of the Laws of Cricket and is also the owner of Lord’s Ground, affectionately known as the “Home of Cricket”. The MCC and Lord’s brands are renowned worldwide and are synonymous with excellence, prestige and providing an enjoyable customer experience, whether at an international cricket match or a special event.

MCC is a club built on vision. Since the ambitious entrepreneur Thomas Lord staged our first match in 1787, we have been at the forefront of innovating the game, transforming it from a pastime into a global obsession.

With circa 200 permanent/ fixed term employees based at Lord's, the Home of Cricket, covering a wide range of sectors, there is a potential role for you.  Across the year, we recruit for both permanent and seasonal staff,  across our teams offering competitive salaries and desirable benefits. We also recruit volunteers for match days to support and enhance the visitor experience at Lord’s.
