Jonathan Gale

Programme Ambassador at Lord's Taverners

Jonathan Gale has extensive experience in cricket coaching, currently serving as a Community Cricket Coach and Casual Cricket Coach at Surrey Cricket Foundation since May 2021, where responsibilities include delivering inclusive coaching sessions for various programs, including Super 1s. In addition, Jonathan is a Girls' County Age Group's Performance Pathway Coach for Surrey County Cricket Club, working with age groups from Under 10s to Under 18s. As a Programme Ambassador for the Lord's Taverners since 2014, Jonathan promotes the Super 1s program and seeks opportunities for further engagement. Voluntary coaching experience spans over a decade at Westcott Cricket Club, focusing on junior members, complemented by earlier roles as Cricket Participation Officer and Cricket Development Officer at Surrey Cricket Foundation. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Cricket Coaching and Management from the University of Worcester and a BTech in Sports from North East Surrey College of Technology.
