Rob Tipping has extensive experience in cricket development and management, currently serving as Head of Cricket Programmes and Disability Cricket Programme Manager at Lord's Taverners since June 2022. Prior to this role, Rob worked with the Lancashire Cricket Foundation from November 2017 to June 2022 as Cricket Development Manager and Disability Cricket Manager. Rob's earlier positions include Cricket Coach at The University of Manchester from September 2015 to February 2019, and roles at Lancashire Cricket Board from February 2007 to November 2017 as Disability Cricket Officer and Cricket Development Coach. Rob Tipping holds a BSc in Coaching Science with Sports & Exercise Sciences from The Manchester Metropolitan University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
