Jon Dawson

Jon Dawson is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Lore Group, where Jon is responsible for the strategic people vision and culture across the organization. Jon also holds the position of Group Director of People Development at Lore Group. In addition to their roles at Lore Group, Jon Dawson is a Voluntary Board Committee Member at HR in Hospitality and an Executive In Residence at Sheffield Hallam University. Previously, Jon has held HR leadership roles at prestigious hotels such as Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park London, EDITION, and Marriott International. Jon Dawson has a Hotel & Tourism Management Degree from Sheffield Hallam University and is a Chartered Fellow Level member of the CIPD.
