Shelby T.

Shelby T. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Shelby is currently the Head of Product/CTO and Co-Founder at Lore since January 2020. Prior to that, from September 2015 to January 2020, they worked as a PHD Researcher at UCSD.

In 2016, Shelby completed a Software Engineering internship at X, the moonshot factory, a subsidiary of Google. In 2015, they also had a Software Engineering internship at Google.

Before their internships, Shelby gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at UCSD from September 2013 to June 2014, focusing on Computer Architecture.

Shelby also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Oracle from December 2012 to July 2013, specializing in Computer Architecture and Machine Learning.

Throughout their academic journey, Shelby had internships in Software Engineering at Qualcomm in 2012, at AlgotoChip Corp in 2011 as a Software Engineer Intern, and at Santa Clara University in 2010 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant.

Shelby T. completed a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at UC San Diego from 2014 to 2015. Following this, Shelby pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science at UC San Diego from 2015 to 2020.
