Javier Labarta Aizpún

Javier Labarta Aizpún is the current CEO of LATAM L’Oreal International Distribution at L'Oreal. Javier has been with the company since September 1991 and in their current position since March 2021. Prior to their current role, they served as the CEO Latin-America L’Oreal International Distribution, where they led the creation, set up, and expansion of a new business unit for Latin-America.

Javier has over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. Javier started their career at LVMH in 1990 as an assistant manager. Javier then moved to L'Oréal in 1991, where they have held various positions including CEO of Latin-America L’Oreal International Distribution. In this role, they were responsible for launching two brands and distributing them in eight countries. Javier has also achieved three times the budget.
