Marissa (Pagnani) McGowan is currently the Chief Sustainability Officer - NA at L'Oréal since October 2021. Prior to this role, Marissa held various leadership positions at PVH Corp. from March 2013 to October 2021, including EVP, Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Vice President, Corporate Responsibility. Before their time at PVH Corp., Marissa worked at Warnaco as Vice President, Social Compliance, Associate General Counsel. Marissa started their career as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Marissa holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Government (International Relations), Italian, and Spanish from Georgetown University. Marissa completed their high school education at Hackley School.
