Diana Wolgemuth

Diana Wolgemuth has extensive work experience in learning and development, organizational development, and leadership development. Diana is currently working at Loretto as the Director of Learning, Development and Employee Experience. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Learning and Development at Loretto and Program Manager at the same company. Diana also served as the President and Owner of DBW Consulting Services LLC. In addition, Diana worked at Assured Information Security (AIS) as the Director of Organizational Development & Culture, where they collaborated with the leadership team and employees to create and lead programs and initiatives that support company culture. Diana introduced and executed the 360 Program for mid-level managers. Prior to AIS, they were the Director of Professional Development at Dale Carnegie™ of CNY for over 11 years, where they managed a client base within a 21 County region and implemented leadership development programs. Diana also has experience as the Manager of Training & Development at Hand Held Products, where they oversaw various training programs for employees and enhanced the employee experience and company culture.

Diana Wolgemuth obtained a B.A. in German/Liberal Arts from Eisenhower College and also completed a Junior Year Abroad program at the University of Freiburg in Germany. In 2023, they attended Mercy University as a Board Advisor in the Women in Leadership Program. Diana also holds several certifications including Taking Flight with DISC Certification, HeartCore Leadership, Carnegie Sales Professional Certification - Level Two, The Consultant, and a Dale Carnegie Course.
