Michelle Cuttler is an experienced professional in employee experience and retention, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Experience and Retention at Loretto since March 2020, with prior roles including Director of Social Services at Elderwood and various social work positions in healthcare settings. As the Owner and Photographer at Practical Photography since 2013, Michelle specializes in capturing memories for families, particularly in newborn photography and creating lasting memories for families facing terminal illness. Additional experience includes social work in hospital emergency departments and contributions to community initiatives as the Silent Auction Chair at Split Rock Elementary School. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Work from Nazareth University, earned in 1988.
