Caroline Kyalo has a diverse work experience in customer service and field operations. Caroline started their career in 2018 with Lori as a Senior Operations Supervisor and then transitioned to a role as a Field Operations Team Lead. In 2020, Caroline joined Lori Systems as a Customer Service Associate and recently in 2022, they assumed the position of Associate Manager, Customer Service.
Caroline Kyalo attended the Kenya Institute of Professional Studies from 2018 to 2019. During this time, they pursued a Diploma in Customer Service with a focus on Proactive Support.
