Maureen Muhindi

Maureen Muhindi is an experienced Transport Account Manager at Lori since July 2019, responsible for onboarding transporters and managing customer activation on the platform. Prior to this role, Maureen served as a Call Centre Supervisor and Relationship Management Specialist at I&M Bank Ltd from April 2018 to July 2019, where responsibilities included addressing client complaints and identifying sales opportunities. Maureen also worked as a Relationship Management Specialist at National Bank of Kenya from September 2016 to January 2018, focusing on customer acquisition and representation. Maureen holds a degree in Journalism with a focus on Electronic Media and Public Relations from Daystar University, completed between 2007 and 2012, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at the same institution.
