Maciej Król

Maciej Król is a qualified structural engineer and acts as Building Projects Director, heading our Building and Building Services Engineering and Project Management team in the Wroclaw office.

He has many years’ experience of high-value, complex facility construction projects, and his experience covers the entire EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) delivery.

Maciej is a highly experienced manager with almost 20 years of progressively responsible supervisory, complex project management, and technical design positions. He has a long track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, within timescale by effectively organizing, managing and utilizing all resources.

Maciej has the ability to control all aspects of construction projects, including engineering, design and construction management, risk management, implementation of safety standards, planning and budget control.

Maciej possesses a broad range of experience in structural engineering that he gained as principal designer on projects for multinational industrial clients where he implemented best building practices and cost effective solutions. He demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of design standards and codes.

Maciej’s strength lies in his analytical approach and deep understanding of interfaces between various disciplines combined with sound experience in structural design for complex greenfield and brownfield projects. He is very familiar with professional project control and reporting techniques, as well as the building permitting process for Poland.
