Maciej Mielnik

Maciej Mielnik acts as Process Projects Director, heading our Process Engineering and Project Management team in the Wroclaw office.

Maciej is a qualified Process Engineer and Project Manager who has taken a leading role in process design, project engineering, project management, construction, commissioning and validation on a wide variety of projects within the Food and Drink, Dairy, Confectionary and Snack manufacturing processes as well as Oral Care and Fine Chemicals.

Maciej possesses in-depth specialist knowledge of hygienic plants design, primary and secondary utility systems, bulk material handling, thermal processing and packaging.

His experience has been gained in Poland and the UK and ranges from feasibility studies to implementation, providing clients with directions to achieving their business objectives and facilitating decisions to be made. The majority of projects Maciej was involved in required fast track management techniques and adoption of project implementation methodologies and technical solutions minimizing or eliminating disruptions to on-going production activities.

Maciej is an Associated Member of Institution of Chemical Engineers.
