Andrew Charlwood

Andrew Charlwood has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Client Services Director at Lorien, where they lead a Talent Acquisition team and manages hiring for KPMG in the UK. Previously, they worked as an Account Director at NHS Professionals and Resource Solutions. At Resource Solutions, they held multiple roles, including Account Director for Talent Acquisition onsite with Barclays, where they were responsible for building external talent attraction pipelines, and Resourcing Account Manager onsite with Barclays, where they managed a temporary staffing service. Prior to that, they worked as an MSP/RPO Recruitment Lead onsite with Nomura International plc. Andrew's earlier experience includes roles at Genesis Computer Resources, Hays Finance Technology, SBS (UK) and JCC-Trading divisions of InterQuest Group, ISC Networks, BT Global Services, and Close Wealth Management.

Andrew Charlwood completed their education with the following qualifications: a Certificate of Lean Competency from Cardiff University in 2018, a BSc Hons in Business IT from London South Bank University between 2001 and 2007, and A-levels in English, Business Studies, and Law from Kingston College from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Competency System (LCS) - Level 1c Certificate of Lean Competency from Cardiff University in 2018.
