Marie-Joe Sawaya

Marie-Joe Sawaya is a seasoned journalist and educator with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as a journalist responsible for planning and coordination at L'Orient-Le Jour since September 2021, Marie-Joe has also been a chargé de cours at Université Saint-Joseph since September 2009. Prior to these roles, Marie-Joe held positions as a secrétaire de rédaction at Le Commerce du Levant from September 1999 to June 2021 and as a journalist and secrétaire de rédaction at a magazine from August 1984 to August 1999. Marie-Joe's academic foundation is strengthened by education obtained from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
