Ron Schwartz

Ron Schwartz has over 15 years of work experience in the tech industry. Ron began their career in 2005 as a Software Developer at the Israeli Defense Forces (I.D.F.), where they were awarded the Intelligence Corps' Outstanding Performer of the Year and Creative Thinker of the Year. In 2008, they joined Verint as a Backend Developer, developing products in the field of video business-intelligence. In 2012, they joined Minute Media as a Full Stack Developer, bringing features to production and working closely with the product team. Ron then moved up to Group Manager, helping choose the right technology and overseeing code quality and systems architecture. In 2018, they became an Independent Consultant, working as a tech consultant with the founding teams of startups to bootstrap and scale software projects and set up work processes. Finally, in 2020, they joined Loris.ai as CTO and VP R&D, leading cross-culture engineering and data science teams, and being a member of the senior management team building the company product strategy.

Ron Schwartz attended Tel Aviv University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a BSc in Computer Science and Economics.
