Jenn Ward

Jenn Ward has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as a Webinar Assistant/Researcher at Lorman Education Services since May 2013. Prior to this role, Jenn worked as a Jewelry Consultant at Pawn America and PayDay America from January 2012 to May 2013, where responsibilities included maintaining the jewelry department's organization and cleanliness, as well as handling sales and markdowns. From April 2004 to January 2012, Jenn held the position of Lead Sales at Zale. Jenn Ward earned an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) from Globe University between 2011 and 2013.
