Marilyn P. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in housing, urban development, and public policy. Currently serving as Principal Consultant and Consultant at AMMIRACLE since January 2017, Marilyn collaborates with public entities to develop strategic planning and grant submissions. As a Distinguished Faculty Member at Lorman Education Services, Marilyn conducts educational trainings focused on government programs and economic development. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor at California State University San Bernardino, where Marilyn taught urban planning and development, and a long tenure at the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, where Marilyn specialized in affordable housing and community planning. Early career experience includes serving as a Housing Program Analyst for the Milwaukee County Department of Housing & Real Estate, where Marilyn played a key role in establishing affordable housing programs. Education includes a Master's degree in Urban Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as degrees in Psychology, Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
