Luca Francolini

Luca Francolini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the luxury and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Industrial Director for Shoes and Leather Goods at Loro Piana since July 2024, Luca has previously held prominent positions at BALENCIAGA as Industrial Director for Shoes and Objects from February 2019 to June 2024, and at CELINE, where responsibilities included Production Director and "La Manufacture" Project Manager, as well as Material Research and Purchasing Director from March 2013 to January 2019. Earlier roles include Purchasing and Global Sourcing Manager at Rossi S.p.A (Habasit group) and various positions at Ducati Motor Holding, including Project Manager for Ducati do Brasil and Strategic Purchasing & Global Sourcing Manager. Luca's educational background includes a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and an MBA from Bologna Business School.
