Sara D'Alfonso

Sara D'Alfonso is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Loro Piana since September 2014, Sara manages the global Centre of Expertise for Talent Acquisition and oversees strategic initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting processes and talent engagement programs.
