Kirsten Mesipam, DNP, RN, NE-BC, CCRN has a strong background in critical care nursing. Kirsten started their career as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 2014 and worked there until 2017. Afterwards, they joined Supplemental Health Care as a Critical Care Registered Nurse and stayed with the company from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are at Los Alamitos Medical Center, first working as a Critical Care Registered Nurse from 2020 to 2021. Kirsten then progressed to the role of Critical Care Services Manager from 2021 to 2022 and is currently serving as the Director of Critical Care Services.

Kirsten Mesipam, DNP, RN, NE-BC, CCRN has a comprehensive education history in the healthcare field. Kirsten obtained their Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a focus on Healthcare Systems Leadership from Chamberlain University in 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Education at the University of Saint Mary from 2018 to 2020. Kirsten's educational journey started with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Sonoma State University, which they earned in 2014.

In addition to their degrees, Kirsten has also obtained diverse certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Kirsten is a certified Nurse Executive (NE-BC) by the American Nurses Association, a certification they acquired in November 2022. Moreover, Kirsten holds the Acute/Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) certification from the AACN (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses), which they obtained in August 2015.
