Arvind Mohan

Arvind Mohan, PhD, is a staff scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratory in the Computational Physics and Methods group, specializing in the integration of machine learning with physics and engineering since April 2018. Previously, Arvind held the position of postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Nonlinear Studies within the same division. Prior to joining Los Alamos, Arvind worked as a graduate research associate at The Ohio State University from September 2011 to October 2017, focusing on deep learning frameworks for modeling turbulence and conducting advanced computational fluid dynamics simulations. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Aerospace Engineering and an MS in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University, as well as a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University.
