Brian Miles

Brian Miles currently serves as a Process Improvement Manager at Los Alamos National Laboratory, focusing on human performance improvement and operating experience within the institutional process improvement team since May 2019. Prior to this role, Brian was a Lean Sigma Black Belt and program manager at the US Navy from August 2015 to May 2019, specializing in continuous process improvement. Brian's earlier experience includes serving as a Shop Supervisor for HSC-26 Helicopter Squadron from March 2011 to May 2015 and as a member of the Ceremonial Guard Firing Party from January 2009 to December 2010. Education includes a degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and training from the Institute for Veterans and Military Families in 2019, alongside completion of secondary education at De La Salle Collegiate High School.
