Erick Alvarez Velazquez is a Research and Development Engineer at Los Alamos National Laboratory since August 2023, previously serving as an Engineer Scientist 1 at TechSource, Inc., where significant contributions included the creation of safety reports and research on High Reliability Organization principles for the nuclear sector.
