Heidi Morning

Heidi Morning is an R&D Engineer III at Los Alamos National Laboratory, specializing in hardware design with expertise in high-speed digital systems, signal processing, FPGA development, and PCB design, contributing to technologies for space and terrestrial sensors since July 2016. Previous experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at UC Davis for Engineering 17, and a Graduate Research Assistant at Los Alamos Laboratory. Earlier roles feature an internship as a PLC Programming Intern at JTI Electric, where Rockwell Automation software was utilized for PLC and HMI programming, along with participation in the Computer Systems, Networks, and Clusters Summer Institute, focusing on cluster building and Linux services. Additional experience includes tutoring in math and computer science at CSU Bakersfield and a parallel programming internship at Stanford University that involved NVIDIA GPGPU technologies.
