Iram Lopez

Iram Lopez is an experienced analytical chemist currently serving as a Process Analytical Chemist at Los Alamos National Laboratory since February 2023, where involvement includes working on metallography, surveillance, and characterization. Previous roles include a post-Master position at Los Alamos National Laboratory contributing to corrosion projects and a position as a Poultry Diagnostic Specialist at Texas A&M University, responsible for disease sampling in the Rio Grande Valley. Iram also has extensive teaching experience as a Chemistry Adjunct and Laboratory Specialist at South Texas College. With a strong educational background, Iram holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a Master of Science in Chemistry from The University of Texas-Pan American, complemented by a certificate in Phlebotomy.
