Randy Wolfe has extensive experience in training, human resources, and organizational development, primarily at Los Alamos National Laboratory since October 2004. Currently serving as a Senior Training Specialist and Program Lead for the LANL Management Academy, Randy coordinates training for supervisors and managers while addressing leadership needs. Previous roles include leading institutional training services, implementing electronic learning management systems, and delivering leadership training during significant contractual transitions. Randy’s early career involved recruitment and program design in security and organizational development at Protective Technology Los Alamos and BP, where skills in strategic planning and compliance were developed. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado Women's College and a Master of Science in Public/Judicial Administration from the University of Denver, with additional doctoral studies in Organizational Learning at The University of New Mexico.
