Robert Splinter

Robert Splinter is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in instrumentation, controls, and project management. Currently serving as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer at Los Alamos National Laboratory since March 2022, Robert has held various managerial and engineering roles across several prominent companies, including Vaughn Construction, BEI Engineers, and Automated Logic Corporation. With over 20 years of industry experience, Robert has developed expertise in facility management during tenure at NASA and industrial engineering at Intel Corporation. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both obtained from New Mexico State University.
