Scott Lindsay MSCM, PMP, PSP, EVP, currently serves as the Manager for the Core Project Controls Division Office at Los Alamos National Laboratory, leading a diverse team to ensure effective project execution and maintain standards in cost engineering, planning, and scheduling. Prior to this role, Scott held positions such as Earned Value Management Program Manager at LANL, Integrated Services Manager at Mission Support and Test Services, LLC, and Project Controls Manager at Navarro Research and Engineering. Additional experience includes senior roles in project controls with MSL Solutions, SR Construction Inc., and Bechtel, primarily focused on environmental management programs. Scott holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Aiken, and an Associate of Science in Management and Marketing from Aiken Technical College.
