Karen Aasen

Karen Aasen, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Los Altos Golf and Country Club since September 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the San Jose Sharks from September 2015 to March 2022, where Karen held the position of Director of Human Resources, managing all HR functions for a 250 FTE organization and implementing various employee experience initiatives. Additional roles include Regional Vice President of HR and Administration at National Financial Partners, Director at Berkeley Policy Associates, and Vice President of HR and Administration at Thoits Insurance. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Psychology from the University of Redlands.
