Nina Bays

Nina Bays has a diverse work experience in creative and production roles. Nina served as the Creative Director/Production Director at the Los Angeles Business Journal, where they headed the creative team and oversaw the design and production of publications, web graphics, and sales support materials. Prior to that, they worked at SAJ Media as the Co-Editor/Art Director for WILMA/Greater Wilmington Business Journal, where they managed branding, art direction, and design for the newspaper and women's lifestyle magazine. Nina also worked at C'est La Guerre as a Producer, where they co-founded an arts production company and managed funding and marketing partnerships. Additionally, they worked as a Sr. Designer at FERA International, leading design and print management for an international apparel brand, and as a Sr. Designer/Print Manager at Mad Dogg Athletics, where they maintained the visual continuity of the Spinning brand. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Lead Animator at Mike Young Productions, managing a team and creating animations for children's series.

Nina Bays obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Design & Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design. Nina attended the school from 1994 to 1998.
