Rosalie Barcinas

Rosalie Barcinas has over 20 years of experience that span across multiple areas of Southern California Edison (SCE) and include policy development and advocacy, operations, external engagement, permitting for major infrastructure projects, and land rights management. Her current position is serving as the Director of Catalina Operations & Strategy. In this position, she oversees operations of the electric, water, and gas systems, special projects, and overall strategy for the long-term sustainability of the island operations. Rosalie also supports multiple Employee Resource Groups and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts across the company. Rosalie has a B.S. in mathematics from the California State University of Long Beach.
