Eldonna F. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contracting and subcontracting across various sectors. Currently serving as Subcontract Administrator V at General Atomics since May 2024, Eldonna has also contributed as a Contracted Trainer and Facilitator for the Southern California Edison (SCE) EDGE Program since June 2016. As the Founder of Baskets and Beads Kenya, Eldonna empowers women in extreme poverty in Kenya through community building and microenterprise development. Previous roles include a Subcontract Specialist at L3Harris Technologies, a Senior Systems Analyst at Parsons, and various management positions in the US Air Force, where responsibility included overseeing substantial contracts worth over $200 million. Eldonna holds a BS in Business Management from Park University, alongside education in Contracts Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
