Dipesh Patel

Dipesh Patel has a diverse work background in the field of emergency medicine and disaster preparedness. Dipesh started their career as an Emergency Medicine Resident at LA County/Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in 2011 and went on to become the Chief Resident in Emergency Medicine. Dipesh also served as the Director of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Disaster Preparedness Programs at the same medical center.

Dipesh has held positions as an Emergency Medicine Physician at various healthcare organizations, including Antelope Valley Hospital, VEP Healthcare, Inc, and Kaiser Permanente. Dipesh has also worked as an Assistant Professor and Clinical Instructor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

In addition, Dipesh has experience in urban search and rescue, serving as a Medical Subgroup Advisor for FEMA and as a Medical Team Manager and Team Physician for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
