Jeff Bowlick

Jeff Bowlick currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services since May 2018. Prior to this role, Jeff held various positions including Information Technology Operations Division Manager at the Los Angeles County Internal Services Department and Technology Services Delivery Manager at Los Angeles County Health Services. Jeff's earlier experience includes working as Facilities/Operations Manager at SAVVIS/Cable & Wireless/Exodus Communications and in technology operations at Kaiser Permanente IT. Jeff also has a background in data center facilities management from Northrop Grumman Corporation. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Administration from National University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
