Josh Scarcella

Josh Scarcella currently serves as a Senior Homelessness Deputy with the City of Los Angeles since January 2022, previously holding roles as Homelessness Deputy and Homelessness Liaison. Prior to this, Josh was an Organizer at SELAH Neighborhood Homeless Coalition from December 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included co-chairing various committees focused on volunteer recruitment, communication strategies, and event management. Josh has a strong background in advertising solutions from time spent at The Walt Disney Company, serving as a Senior Manager in Advertising Solutions from June 2018 to January 2022, and previously held integrated marketing roles at Disney ABC Television Group. Josh's earlier experience includes numerous internships and positions within the television industry, beginning with an education in Television, Radio, Film, and Marketing Management from Syracuse University.
