Rachel Tran

Rachel Tran has extensive experience in systems quality assurance and program management, currently serving as Supervisor of Systems QA at CAPS Payroll since June 2017. Prior roles at CAPS Payroll include System Support Analyst and System Tester. Prior to CAPS Payroll, Rachel Tran worked at Verify, Inc. for nearly nine years in various roles, including Senior Program Lead and Program Coordinator. Rachel Tran began their career in administrative and customer service positions at the Law Office of Michael Harms and American Eagle Outfitters. Academically, Rachel Tran holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology Cognitive Sciences from UC Irvine and an AA in Sociology and Psychology from Mt. San Antonio College.
