Crystal Clark

Crystal Clark is an experienced professional in the fields of housing and mental health services. As a Housing Commissioner for the Housing Advisory Committee of the Los Angeles County Development Authority since March 2025, Crystal evaluates and provides recommendations on housing policies. Additionally, Crystal has served as the Director of Adult Intensive Services at Southern California Health & Rehabilitation Program since March 2022, showcasing a strong history of leading impactful mental health programs. Recently, Crystal participated in the Fall 2023 Women in Leadership program through Coro Southern California, further enhancing leadership skills. Educational background includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies and Maritime Affairs from California State University Maritime Academy.
