Ray Butler

Ray Butler currently serves as the Safety Director at California Compaction Corporation since August 2018 and also holds the position of President at Way Out West Safety Services, which specializes in safety training and site support services. With extensive experience in safety management, Ray previously worked as the Safety Manager at Exquadrum, Inc. and held safety director roles at Frazier Masonry Corp. and Professional Pipeline Contractors. Ray's background includes a long tenure with the Los Angeles County Fire Department as a Call Firefighter Supervisor, demonstrating a strong commitment to first response and public safety. Ray's educational journey includes pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety at UC San Diego and prior service in the US Army from 1983 to 1986.
