Currently serving as a Communications Services Analyst at the Los Angeles County Fire Department, Tanya is responsible for managing the transition to VoIP technologies and evaluating vendors for compliance and cost efficiencies. Previously, Tanya held various leadership roles at Frontier Communications, including Director of Product Management for Enterprise Voice Products, where significant product launches and complex market strategies were executed. With a robust background that includes positions at SoTel Systems, Business Phones Direct, Time Warner Cable, and TelePacific Communications, Tanya has consistently delivered results and exceeded sales targets while managing telecommunications solutions and customer relationships. Tanya holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University and is pursuing an MBA in Network and Communications Management at Keller Graduate School.
