William (Donny) Harris is a senior structural engineer with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and currently serves as Principal at Labib Funk + Associates since September 2017. Specializing in earth shoring, construction shoring, and various design facets including residential and mixed-use projects, healthcare facilities, and seismic retrofitting, William has a strong collaborative approach with architects, owners, and contractors. Additionally, since September 2007, William has been a FEMA/USAID US&R Structures Specialist with the Los Angeles County Fire Department, ready to respond to disasters. Previously, William held an associate position at KPFF Consulting Engineers, focusing on client relations, project coordination, and administration, and also worked at Delphey/Gerdes Engineering, Inc.
