Lawrence Gann

Lawrence Gann serves as the General Manager of Purchasing & Contract Services at the Los Angeles County Internal Services Department since 2021. Prior to this role, Lawrence held various positions at Mattel, Inc. from 2012 to 2021, including Senior Manager and Head of North America Sourcing in Global Indirect Procurement, and roles in marketing and strategy. Lawrence's earlier experience includes a position as Associate Manager in Global Strategy & Market Development at FIJI Water and a Business Consultant role at Meltwater. Lawrence holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in International Relations/Business Management from UC Irvine.
