Los Angeles County Office of Education
Jasmin Flores is an experienced education and health professional with a diverse background in community engagement and prevention services. Currently serving as an Education Community Worker at the Los Angeles County Office of Education since March 2022, Jasmin previously worked as a Health Educator at the Los Angeles Centers for Alcohol and Drug Abuse and as a Prevention Specialist with the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence of East San Gabriel. Throughout the career, Jasmin has developed and delivered prevention education presentations, organized community outreach events, and built collaborations with local businesses and schools. Additional roles include Executive Secretary at the Future Development Youth Center, Lead Tutor for Davis Joint Unified School District, and Educational Program Assistant at the Boys and Girls Club of America. Jasmin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Chicana/o Studies with a Minor in Education from the University of California, Davis.
