Colin Ziegler, M.A., LMFT, has extensive experience in mental health and crisis intervention, currently serving as a clinician in the Special Operations & Navigation Unit (HOME Team) at the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health since January 2019. In this role, Colin provides clinical and tactical support for involuntary 5150 holds and supervises pre-licensed clinicians, focusing on street-based treatment for vulnerable homeless individuals. Previous positions include after-hours mobile crisis response, behavioral health consulting, and coordination of veteran community services. Colin holds a Master's degree with a clinical specialization in combat-related post-traumatic stress from Antioch University-Los Angeles and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Fine Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) is the largest county mental health department in the country.
