Zhemyr Diaz has a background in business administration and marketing, with experience in various roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Currently serving as a Vice President in the Community & Business Development department, Zhemyr is also a Member of the Board of Directors at El Monte Promise Foundation. Additionally, Zhemyr holds leadership positions at Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and the City of El Monte. Diaz previously worked in sales and business development roles at Wells Fargo and Office Future Systems. Zhemyr holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.

The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) is the largest county mental health department in the country. LACDMH directly operates 75 program sites and more than 100 co-located sites. Additionally, LACDMH contracts with approximately 1,000 providers, including non-governmental agencies and individual practitioners who provide a spectrum of mental health services to people of all ages to support hope, wellbeing and recovery.
