Kristen Hartwell

Kristen Hartwell is a seasoned professional in partnership strategy and marketing solutions, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Partnership Strategy for the Los Angeles Dodgers since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kristen held various positions at the Los Angeles Chargers, including Sr. Director and Director of Strategic Solutions from September 2021 to May 2024. Kristen's career began at Endeavor, where roles included National Marketing Solutions, Executive Assistant to the CFO, and Corporate Communications Intern. Additional experience includes serving as Director and Manager of Partnership Solutions at Oak View Group from February 2019 to September 2021. Kristen Hartwell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California.
